Dr. Meyerson's research focuses on population policy and the interactions between human demographic change and the environment, particularly climate change and the loss of biological diversity. He is the author of more than 60 scientific and popular articles and book chapters and is writing a book on American population policy. He serves on the boards of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Population and Envirionment (the scholarly journal), and the Population Media Center.
